Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the registration, purchase, attendance, and participation in training programs, workshops, webinars, courses, and related services provided by Elevate Quality Advisory Group ABN 35 174 012 897 ("Elevate", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for a course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Course Registration

Course registrations may be completed through our website, registration forms, email correspondence, or other approved booking methods.

A registration is considered confirmed when:

• Registration details have been submitted;
• Payment has been received (where applicable); and
• Confirmation has been issued by Elevate Quality Advisory Group.

Elevate reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment must be made before course commencement.
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices may include GST where applicable.
• Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and current.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Participant Cancellations

Where a participant cancels:

• More than 7 days prior to the course — a full refund is available.
• 2 to 7 days prior to the course — a transfer to a future course may be offered at Elevate's discretion.
• Less than 48 hours before the course — no refund will ordinarily be provided.

Participant Substitutions

A registered participant may nominate another person from the same organisation to attend in their place, subject to notification being provided prior to the course.

Elevate Cancellations

Elevate reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course where circumstances require. Where this occurs, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or
• A transfer to an alternative course date.

5. Attendance Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have suitable internet access for online training;
• Maintaining appropriate conduct during training sessions;
• Respecting other participants and presenters.

Elevate reserves the right to remove participants who engage in inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct. No refund will be provided where removal results from participant misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, templates, workbooks, documents, recordings, and resources provided by Elevate remain the intellectual property of Elevate Quality Advisory Group unless otherwise stated.

Participants may use materials for their own professional development and organisational purposes. Participants must not:

• Reproduce materials for commercial purposes;
• Sell, distribute, or publish materials without written permission;
• Record training sessions without prior written consent.

7. Course Content Disclaimer

Training provided by Elevate is educational in nature.

While reasonable care is taken to ensure information is accurate and current, course content:

• Does not constitute legal advice;
• Does not constitute clinical advice;
• Does not replace professional, regulatory, or organisational requirements.

Participants remain responsible for applying professional judgment within their own workplace and regulatory context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Quality Advisory Group excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from participation in our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course or service.

9. Privacy

Elevate collects and manages personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected may include:

• Name
• Organisation
• Position title
• Email address
• Phone number
• Course participation records

Information will only be used for legitimate business, training, and communication purposes.

10. Communications

By registering for a course, participants consent to receiving communications relating to:

• Registration confirmations
• Payment notices
• Course updates
• Joining instructions
• Course resources
• Feedback requests

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

Elevate may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
